Fort Loramie FFA attends state convention

COLUMBUS — Fort Loramie FFA members attended the 88th FFA Convention in Columbus from May 5 and May 6.

The FFA members attended sessions throughout the convention. In addition, FFA members and chapters were recognized for many achievements accomplished throughout the year.

Renee Seger, daughter of Paul and Teresa Seger, was awarded her State FFA Degree. State degrees are awarded to top FFA members in the state for their accomplishments in FFA activities and their SAE- Supervised Agricultural Experience.

The Fort Loramie FFA members attended four sessions of the convention. While the chapter was there, they heard from keynote speakers, Tiana Tozer, Dave Roever, Jones Loflin, and National FFA Officer, Sydney Snider.

The Fort Loramie FFA Chapter is a satellite program of the Upper Valley Career Center.
