FINDLAY — Nearly 600 students at the University of Findlay recently participated in the annual Symposium for Scholarship and Creativity. Held on campus, undergraduate and graduate students were given the opportunity to share their research, creativity and professional learning experiences with the University and community. Many students received honors during the Symposium’s awards ceremony.

Local students who participated included Katie Ahrns, of Fort Loramie, Logan Albers, of Maria Stein, Jenise Berning, of Minster, Mitchell Campbell, of Versailles, Katherine Ellis, of Versailles, Ann Frieders, of Quincy, Sierra Heaton, of Russia, Sarah Hipple, of Sidney, Lauren Jenkins, of Sidney, Nicole Maxwell, of Anna, Samantha Sayre, of Sidney, and Johanna Winner, of Minster.
