THURSDAY

-9:28 p.m.: criminal simulation. City Carry Out on North Ohio Avenue reported receiving a counterfeit $10 at the business.

-6:50 p.m.: warrant. Adrian Gregory, 30, 1201 Hilltop Ave., Apt. F, was arrested on an active warrant out of Miami County.

Crashes

Tyler Darland, 27, 426 Elm St., was cited with assured clear distance ahead after a two-vehicle collision on Wednesday at 10:02 a.m.

Darland was traveling eastbound in the 2200 block of West Michigan Street when he failed to stop in time and rear-ended the vehicle in front of him stopped in traffic driven by Terry Mathews, 51, of Cambridge City, Indiana.

• Jessica Withrow, 29, 106 N. Pomeroy Ave., was cited with right of way turning left after a two-vehicle collision on Tuesday at 10:30 a.m.

Withrow was pulling from a parking spot at 344 E. Court St. and as she was attempting to turn left she pulled in the lane of travel of a vehicle traveling westbound on East Court Street causing a collision on Withrow’s driver’s side door.

The driver of the other vehicle was Jessica Mangen, 43, 11277 Fair Road.

-6:07 to 11:44 a.m.: medical. Medics responded to three calls. One was cancelled enroute.

-12:57 to 9:22 a.m.: fire. Crews responded to two false fire alarms.
