BOTKINS — Only Believe Ministries in Botkins will have two special services with the Rev. Jesse Duplantis on Saturday, Jan. 7, at 6:30 p.m. and Sunday, Jan. 8, at 10 a.m.
Duplantis is an evangelist who has traveled since 1978 preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ. His ministry focus is to “use every available voice to cover the earth with God’s love.”
Duplantis is known for his unique sense of humor, and for making the teachings of the Bible real to people. He and his wife, Cathy, founded Covenant Church in Destrehan, Louisiana, a suburb of the New Orleans area.
Only Believe Ministries will also host four Miracle Revival Services with the Rev. Ted Shuttlesworth on Sunday, Jan. 8, at 6:30 p.m., and on Monday through Wednesday, Jan. 9-11 at 7 p.m. nightly.
Shuttlesworth began preaching the Gospel in the summer of 1976 when America was celebrating her Bicentennial year. Since that time, his weekly telecast, Faith Alive, has grown, and is now seen in over 100 nations of the world.
Shuttlesworth’s focus is to provide “hope for the helpless, and help for the hopeless,” and that emphasis has produced humanitarian efforts where the ministry feeds thousands of people every year.
The nursery will be open, and classes will be available for children age two through fourth-grade on Saturday, Sunday and Wednesday, and the nursery will be open for children two and under on Monday and Tuesday.
