THURSDAY

-12:28 p.m.: theft. Deputies responded to the Sidney Middle School on Fair Road on the report of a theft.

WEDNESDAY

-7:57 p.m.: investigative complaint. Deputies were dispatched to 1717 Lindsey Road Washington Township on the report of a vehicle trying to get a female into the car.

-4:16 p.m.: lines down. Deputies were dispatched to the 10000 block of state Route 65 in Salem Township on the report of loose power lines blowing into the roadway.

Fire, rescue

THURSDAY

-2:55 p.m.: medical. Anna Rescue and Fire Department responded to mile-marker 99 on Interstate 75 south on the report of a one-vehicle roll-over crash.

-12:11 p.m.: medical. Anna Rescue responded to the 500 block of North Main Street in Jackson Township.

-9:53 a.m.: medical. Sidney Medics and Fire Department and Deputies responded to the state Route 29 overpass in Clinton Township on the report of a crash with injuries.

-6:59 a.m.: medical. Anna Rescue and Deputies responded to the 13000 block of Meranda Road in Franklin Township.

-6:59 a.m.: medical. Houston Rescue responded to the 800 block of Miami Conservancy Road in Washington Township.

-4:01 p.m.: medical. Anna Rescue and Botkins Fire Department and Police responded to the 100 block of Oak Street in Dinsmore Township.

The vehicle of Kathy Beaty, 57, of Piqua, lays on its side in the ditch along the northbound lane of I-75 south of mile marker 90 at around 10:40 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 5, after an accident. The Ohio State Highway Patrol and Sidney EMS responded to the crash. Beaty was transported by Sidney Medics to Wilson Health. ODOT was called-in to treat the road. Traffic was backed up with an additional 20 minutes of drive time.
