A SUV that flipped upside down is turned back over by a tow truck cable on the north bound side of I – 75 just south of Sidney exit 90 at around 6 p.m. Wednesday, March 1. The Ohio State Highway Patrol responded to the scene. There was a considerable line of traffic backed up.
