-5:44 p.m.: identity theft. Jontez Haithcock, 18, 616 N. Miami Ave., reported someone used his identity.

-5:05 p.m.: criminal damaging. Josh Pitts, 42, 404 Cherry St., reported someone damaged the driver’s side doors and windows on his vehicle at Master Vision Polishing on Fair Road.

-3:34 p.m.: criminal damaging. Cassandra Helton, 25, 1563 E. Court St., reported someone tried to break into her home and damaged her door lock.

-11:22 to 11:35 p.m.: medical. Crews responded to two reports of a multiple-vehicle crash on Interstate 75.

-8:27 to 11:14 p.m.: medical. Crews responded to two automobile crashes.

-9:49 a.m.: lift assist. Crews responded to help lift an individual.

-9:18 a.m. to 9:51 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to 10 calls.
