OSGOOD — Osgood State Bank has announced a partnership with the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati to offer funds to homebuyers as part of the Welcome Home Program.

The Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati has made it possible to offer up to $5,000 to purchase a new home. These funds are available at Osgood State bank to those who qualify.

Applications are available at www.osgoodbank.com. Lenders at Osgood State Bank can also ascertain an applicant’s eligibility. The homebuyers must contribue $500 of their own funds toward the down payment and first-time homebuyers must complete a homebuyer counseling program. The Welcome Home Program began March 1 and will be available until the funds have been reserved.
