BOTKINS — Botkins Local School will host its annual Evening with the Arts, Friday, March 31, in the school.

Fish dinners, provided by Meyers Tavern, will be available from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m., in the cafeteria for $7.50. Proceeds from the dinner will benefit the FCCLA.

There will be various performances including, but not limited to, vocal solos and ensembles, instrumental solos and ensembles, lip syncing, and a one-act play. The performances will begin at 6:30 p.m.

There will be photography displays, art displays, shop projects, and many other student items on display. There will be many projects available for auction, all made by Botkins students. These include a greenhouse gift certificate, a landscape stone, rustic wood signs and decor, a table/plant stand, corn hole boards, children’s picnic tables, cakes, artwork and shop projects. Auction proceeds will support the Arts Scholarship Fund.

There will be an area where attendees can paint their own tiles. These tiles are $2 for a small one and $3 for a large one.

Admission to the performances and displays is free.
