TROY — William Myers, 73, of Anna, was sentenced to serve two years in prison for third degree felony soliciting a handicapped teen in Piqua in 2016 Monday in Miami County Common Pleas Courty by Judge Jeannine Pratt presiding.

According to police reports, Myers coaxed the disabled male teen into his van and drove to Forest Hill Cemetery. Myers offered to pay the teen money for sexual acts, but the teen refused.
