Lima man indicted on rape, 12 other counts, faces arraignment on Thursday.

SIDNEY – A Lima man was indicted for rape and 12 other charges by a Shelby County grand jury on Thursday.

Paul D. Shuller, 54, Lima, was charged with a single count of rape, a first-degree felony, and 12 counts of gross sexual imposition, all third-degree felonies.

Shuller is accused of having sexual contact with a person in Shelby County under the age of 13 on 12 different occasions between July 20, 2010 through Sept. 16, 2012, then again Sept. 27, 2012 through Sept. 17, 2013.

He will be arraigned in Shelby County Common Pleas Court at 10 a.m. Thursday, April 6.

The man accused of stabbing a Sidney man to death was also indicted by the grand jury.

Troy Delano McRae Jr., 34, of Sidney, was indicted one one count of aggravated murder. The grand jury listed the charge as an unclassified felony and also put a specification on the church. They noted he was a violent repeat offender.

McRae is accused of killing Lance Johnson, of Sidney, in Johnson’s residence at 402 N. Miami Ave., Apt. B3.

He will be arraigned Thursday, April 6, at 10 a.m. during the group arraignments.

Also indicted were two people accused of being involved in a March 25 assault and injury of a Sidney woman.

Charged was Gina Bailey, 47, 202 Canal St. Port Jefferson, on one count of felonious assault; and Nathan Sharp, 42, same address, on one count of obstructing justice. Both will be arraigned on Thursday.

Other indictments handed down on Thursday included:

• Michael H. Cotterman, 45, Covington, for failure to comply with the orders of a police officer, and two counts of vandalism. He is accused of fleeing from Sidney Police at approximately 110 miles per hour, and for striking two police cruisers.

• Jeffrey C. Marsteller, 51, 112 S. Main St. Apt. B, Fort Loramie, was indicted for seven counts each of pandering obscenity involving a minor, and illegal use of a minor in nudity oriented material or performance. According to court records, Marsteller allegedly was found with photographs of pre-pubescent females on his computer.

• James Large, 30, at large, failure to provide change of address.

• Alfonso Macias Jr., 19, 750 Campbell Road, failure to provide change of address.

• Bradley A. LeMaster, 27, 349 Enterprise Ave., having weapons while under disability, and aggravated menacing. He is accused of pointing a shotgun at a person and threatening them on March 17.

• Dale E. Alt Jr., 25, at large, one count of receiving stolen property, and misuse of a credit card. He is accused of obtaining and using a credit card belonging to Tina Alt.

• Rebecca Brussell, 36, 11236 Luthman Road, Anna, one count of illegal use of supplemental nutrition or WIC program benefits. She is accused of illegally acquiring $1,994 in benefits issued from Feb. 26, 2016 through March 2017.

• Ashley M. Pridemore, 32, 1726 Fair Oaks Drive, one count of illegal use of supplemental nutrition or WIC program benefits, and one count of falsification. She allegedly obtained food assistance illegally from Jan. 14, 2015, through March 31, 2016, in the amount of $3,159. She is also charged with providing false information causing an overpayment of child care assistance from Oct. 12, 2015, through Sept. 24, 2016, in the amount of $2,001.

• Joseph Teasley, 39, 342 Maple St., one count each of possessing drugs, and possessing criminal tools.

• Carissa Hankey, 31, 1117 Hilltop Ave. Apt. D, one count each of trafficking in drugs and possession of criminal tools with specification.

• Billy Cox, 38, 1961 Lindsey Road, possession of drugs, and possession of criminal tools.

• Debbie S. Roesser, 50, 701 Monroe St., one count of aggravated possession of drugs.

• April Radcliff, 36, at large, one count each of possession of drugs, and possession of criminal tools.

• John M. McMaken, 55, 528 ½ N. Miami Ave., possession of drugs.

• Stormy Wentworth, 26, two counts of possession of drugs.

• Amber Cotterman, 29, 420 Jefferson St., possession of drugs.

• Sharon R. Harvey, 43, 217 ½ E. North St., possession of drugs.

• Teresa D. Wentz, 54, 217 ½ E. North St., possession of drugs.

• Laciee M. West, 25, 314 ½ Forest Ave., possession of drugs.

• Timothy A. Lamb, 28, 1220 Morris Ave., possession of drugs.
