Rhodes State to offer food safety training

LIMA — Rhodes State College will offer ServSafe Food Safety Manager training in May. Sessions will be held May 8, 10, 15 and 17, 4 to 8 p.m.

In this program, attendees can earn the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification, accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) – Conference for Food Protection (CFP). This program includes the latest FDA Food Code, food safety research and years of food sanitation training experience.

Managers learn to implement essential food safety practices and create a culture of food safety.
