Man coaxed down from roof

A man raises his arms as Sidney Police work to coax him down from the roof of a house near the intersection of Shelby Street and Miami Avenue Sunday, April 30 at around 11:40 p.m.. At one point the man yelled for people to turn away and then appeared to urinate on the roof. At 12:28 a.m. Monday, May 1 the man climbed down on a ladder set-up by police. Sidney Police blocked off the intersection until the situation was contained.
