FORT LORAMIE — Julia and Clint Seger, of Fort Loramie, have announced the birth of a daughter, Emily Rae Seger, born July 29, 2017, at 2:28 p.m., in the Copeland-Emerson Family Birth Center at Wilson Health in Sidney.

She weighed 7 pounds, 9 ounces, and was 20 1/2 inches long.

She was welcomed home by her brother, Luke Seger, 2.

Her maternal grandparents are Barb and Ray Riethman, of McCartyville. Her paternal grandparents are June and Russell Seger, of Fort Loramie.

Her great-grandmother is Irma Fleck, of Coldwater.

Her mother is the former Julia Riethman, of McCartyville.
