SIDNEY — The Sidney City Schools Board of Education will meet Monday, Oct. 2, at 6 p.m. at the board office.

Sidney City Council

SIDNEY — The Sidney City Council will hold a workshop session meeting on Monday, Oct. 2, at 6:30 p.m. in council chambers in the Municipal Building.

Council will receive presentations on the Geographic Information System (GIS) online interactive maps, the city’s snow removal policy, and to introduce William Blakely, the new utilities director, and Brian Young, the new water treatment superintendent.

Council will review the upcoming Zoning Board/Planning Commission Agenda for Monday, Oct. 9, 2017, and review the prospective City Council Agenda items for the next 30 days.

Council will also go into an executive session for the employment of a public official/employee.

Civil Service Commission

SIDNEY — The Civil Service Commission will meet Wednesday, Oct. 4, 2017, at 10 a.m. in Sidney City Council chambers of the Municipal Building, 201 W. Poplar St., Sidney. The commission will be meeting to certify the eligibility list and ranking for the position of police sergeant.

West Central Ohio Network Board

SIDNEY — The West Central Ohio Network Board will meet Friday, Oct. 6, at 9 a.m. at the West Central Ohio Network Board office, 315 E. Court St., Sidney.
