COLUMBUS — The Ohio State University has issued the list of students who earned degrees at commencement exercises on Dec. 17, 2017. The university awarded 3,721 degrees at the ceremony, including 225 doctoral, 3 professional, 453 masters, 2,678 bachelors, 360 associates and 2 certificates.

Among the graduates were the following local students: Elizabeth Marie Bensman, of Conover, Bachelor of Science in agriculture; Leesha Lynn Bolton, of Sidney, Master of Applied Clinical and Preclinical Research; Taylor Louise Broerman, of Fort Loramie, Bachelor of Science in agriculture; Leesha Elizabeth Bruns, of Anna, Bachelor of Science in agriculture; and Marilyn Victoria Kies, of Sidney, Bachelor of Science in education.

Also Timothy Curtis Tenney, of New Bremen, Bachelor of Arts; Ella Grace Jackson of DeGraff, Bachelor of Science in agriculture; Cassidy Albers, of Versailles, Bachelor of Arts; Courtney Elizabeth Toops, of Versailles, Bachelor of Science in agriculture; Caleb Logan Ball, of New Bremen, Bachelor of Science in public health; and Kory Andrew Schultz, of Minster, Bachelor of Science in industrial and systems engineering.
