SIDNEY — Edward Jones financial adviser Danielle Sielschott will attend the firm’s annual women’s conference.
The conference recognizes top female Edward Jones financial advisers and provides attendees with the opportunity to network, hear from internationally recognized speakers, participate in elective sessions that explore performance excellence best practices and interact with firm leadership.
“We are thrilled to be bringing together our most successful women financial advisers to recognize their contributions and facilitate mentorship,” said Alan Kindsvater of Edward Jones Branch Training. “The success of women financial advisers is a firm priority, because it will enable us to serve more diverse clients and have greater choices for future leaders.”
Today, about 19 percent of Edward Jones’s financial advisers are women. In October, Edward Jones launched a firmwide network for female financial advisers in a pledge to bring more women to the financial adviser role. The network, called WINGS — Women’s Initiative for New Growth Strategies — offers tools, mentorship resources and coaching designed to strengthen and advance female career trajectories at the firm.
