Bryce Realty welcomes three Realtors in 2018

SIDNEY — The year 2018 was yet another record year for Bryce Realty LLC, reports David Fleming, Realtor/co-owner and it is all due to great people who are a part of the company.

“We experienced growth in sales, Agents and the market areas we serve,” said Fleming.

Becky Reese, Carla Schweitzer and Cheyenne Childs, all joined Bryce Realty as real estate professionals. Reese, brings with her experience in the practice of residential and commercial transactions. Schweitzer has experience in residential sales with a focus on waterfront properties, primarily in the Indian Lake area and Childs has experience working with first time home buyers and investors.

“These facets of experience will allow continued growth for the coming year” said Fleming. “We also now have a presence in additional markets that include Allen, Union and Franklin counties. This makes nine surrounding counties/markets where we conduct business.”

His report continues:

Technology in our business is continually changing and though sometimes challenging, we strive to stay ahead of the curve and this allows us to better serve our clients. Technology has allowed us to complete transactions with clients as far away as South Korea who were looking to relocate back to their roots in Sidney after working for the U.S. government for 30 years and traveling the world and a soldier who wanted to buy a home while serving In Iraq.

We are proud of our community and thankful that for the third year in a row we were able to sponsor in conjunction with the Masons of Sidney, free meals to all volunteer and career first responders who serve our communities throughout the county the opening day of the farmers market. We are also proud to have been asked to sponsor a portion of the Amos Memorial Public Library summer reading program. Kids are our future and we are pleased to have been a part of this program’s success.

Lastly, we are pleased to announce we have formed Bryce Realty Holdings LLC. As a holding company, we can offer Realtors who are thinking of retiring or leaving the business the ability to collect referral fees for business they refer to Bryce Realty. Agents simply transfer their license into our holding company, they pay no additional fees or dues, they cannot practice real estate, but yet can receive compensation unlike if they place their license in escrow with the Division of Real Estate. We look forward to a very exciting 2019!
