Ferguson Construction’s commitment to be involved in the local communities looked different from previous years due to the continued COVID-19 outbreak. Ferguson was still able to sponsor many virtual events including Goodwill’s Miracle Clubhouse event. Miracle Clubhouse helps those in the community with mental illness to lead productive lives. Ferguson also was a part of Habit for Humanity’s efforts to help build a new house in Sidney, Ohio. In addition, Ferguson’s Relay for Life team hosted their annual Touch-a-Truck and Garage Sale.

2020 marked a major milestone for Ferguson Construction as they celebrate their 100-year anniversary as a company. In September, Ferguson hosted a customer event with the assistance of the local health department and Wilson Health. The event included refreshments and self-guided tours of the Sidney office along with an out-door dedication ceremony of the new shelter house. A Ferguson employee celebration was held at the Columbus Zoo in October sponsored by the company.

2020 was an eventful year for many reasons. Overcoming the many challenges were made possible by having tremendous customers, strong and adaptive Ferguson team members and staying true to our core values. The same reasons that made 2020 a success has held true for 100-years.
