RUSSIA — Cory and Cassandra Monnin, of Russia, announce the birth of their daughter, Willa Rose Monnin, born on Nov. 14, 2021, at 1:58 a.m. at Upper Valley Medical Center in Troy.

She weighed 7 pounds 11 ounces and was 19.25 inches long.

She was welcomed home by her older sister Cora, 5, and older brother Rylan, 2.

Her maternal grandparents are James and Janice Turner, of Russia. Her paternal grandparents are Tony and Judy Monnin, of Russia.

Her mother is the former Cassandra Turner.
