TUESDAY

-11:18 p.m.: suspicious subject or vehicle. Police responded to a suspicious subject or vehicle in the 700 block of Lynn Street.

-10 p.m.: suspicious subject or vehicle. Police responded to a suspicious subject or vehicle in the 100 block of West Water Street.

-3:48 p.m.: threats. Police responded to threats in the 900 block of Childrens Home Road.

-2 p.m.: suspicious subject or vehicle. Police responded to a suspicious subject or vehicle in the 1000 block of St. Marys Avenue.

-12:48 p.m.: crash. Police responded to a hit-skip crash in the 2000 block of Michigan Street.

Crashes

Joanna Lee Evans, 31, of South Charleston, was cited with disobedience to traffic control devices after a two-vehicle crash on Sunday at 2:01 p.m.

Evans was traveling southbound on South Highland Avenue and approached the intersection of Campbell Road with a red light. Tara Wolaver, 40, of Sidney, was traveling westbound on Campbell Road and approached the intersection with a green light. Evans failed to stop and began to travel through the intersection as Wolaver was also traveling through the intersection, causing a collision. Evans’s vehicle was towed by Elmer’s Towing.
