-8:35 p.m.: warrant. Travis Paul Hepp, 44, of Sidney, was arrested on a warrant.

-7:55 p.m.: disorderly conduct. Police responded to disorderly conduct in the 100 block of West Poplar Street.

-2:29 p.m.: remove subject. Police removed someone in the 100 block of East Poplar Street.

-1:06 p.m.: drugs. Police responded to drugs in the Sidney area.

-12:07 p.m.: suspicious subject or vehicle. Police responded to a suspicious subject or vehicle in the 100 block of East Poplar Street.

Crashes

Misti D. Werner, 33, of Sidney, was cited with turning at intersections after a two-vehicle crash on April 3 at 6:28 p.m.

Werner was traveling southbound on Broadway Avenue and Michael A. Hines Jr., 35, of Port Jefferson, was traveling westbound on East Russell Road. Werner stopped at the stop sign while Hines proceeded through the intersection. Werner then turned right onto East Russell Road, striking Hines from behind.

• Desiree Bell, 33, of Sidney, was cited with turning at intersections after a two-vehicle crash on April 3 at 5:10 p.m.

Bell was traveling northbound on Fair Oaks Drive preparing to turn left onto Holly Place and Lonnie Sowders, 36, of Sidney, was traveling southbound on Fair Oaks Drive. Bell turned left in front of Sowders, causing a collision.

• Cheyenne Lemmon, 22, of Sidney, was cited with failure to control/weaving after a one-vehicle crash on April 2 at 6:13 p.m.

Lemmon was traveling westbound on Fair Road when she struck a curb on the right side of the roadway. Then she overcorrected and struck the left side curb. Lemmon’s vehicle was towed by Mantor’s Towing.

• No one was cited after a two-vehicle crash on April 1 at 12:38 p.m.

William Gale Brink, 54, of Wauseon, was traveling eastbound on state Route 47 approaching the traffic light at Kuther Road. Autumn Dawn Perkins, 20, of Sidney, was on Kuther Road stopped at the intersection. Brink said he had a green light, although due to high wind conditions, the traffic lights were nearly horizontal. Perkins said the light turned green causing her to proceed through the intersection at the same time as Brink, causing a collision. Perkins’s vehicle was towed by Elmer’s Towing.

• Christopher Allen Clark, 48, of Sidney, was cited with assured clear distance after a two-vehicle crash on March 30 at 1:18 p.m.

Ryan Ronald Rutschilling, 30, of Celina, was stopped at the traffic light on the Interstate 75 off-ramp to Michigan Street when Clark rear-ended him.
