MONDAY

-1:35 p.m.: summons. Carl T. Lynch, 34, of Sidney, received a summons to appear in court for endangering children.

Crashes

Alicia M. Gibson, 28, of Sidney, was cited with leaving the scene of a crash after a two-vehicle crash on April 5 at 6 p.m.

Gibson was on Broadway Avenue and stopped at the stop sign at the intersection of East Russell Road. Alicia Jane Cooper, 37, of Anna, was stopped at the stop sign on East Russell Road. Cooper entered the intersection first and was struck in the rear by Gibson. Gibson then left the scene without stopping.
