-1:44 p.m.: theft. Police received a report of a past theft at the police station on West Court Street.

-1:16 p.m.: drugs. Police responded to drugs in the Sidney area.

-1:13 p.m.: fraud. Police received a fraud report at the police station on West Court Street.

-10:55 a.m.: crash. Police responded to a crash in the area of Fourth Avenue and West Court Street.

-8:53 a.m.: recovered property. Police recovered stolen property or a vehicle in the 1000 block of Wapakoneta Avenue.

-8:04 a.m.: vandalism. Police responded to vandalism in the 1000 block of Whipp Road.

Crashes

Majessa K. Kinninger, 20, of Sidney, was cited with right of way when turning left after a two-vehicle crash on April 17 at 7:12 a.m.

Kinninger was in the left turn lane on state Route 47 preparing to turn left onto the Interstate 75 on ramp. Autumn Bishop, 18, of Sidney, was traveling eastbound on state Route 47. Kinninger began to turn before Bishop cleared the intersection, causing a collision. Kinninger’s vehicle was towed by Mantor’s Towing.

• An SUV with unknown occupants flipped on its side on Michigan Street on April 16 at 9:20 p.m.

The vehicle was traveling westbound on Michigan Street and lost control, driving off the right side of the roadway and landing on its side in the AutoZone parking lot. When police arrived, the car was gone and a woman said the occupants told her they were fine, and they flipped the car back over and left the scene.

• No one was cited after a one-vehicle crash on April 14 at 10:55 a.m.

Jonnie T. Goode, 38, of Piqua, was traveling eastbound on West Court Street and a semi-truck was beside him in the opposite lane. The semi started to change lanes, forcing Goode off the road and into a sign post.

• Thomas J. Webb, 36, of Sidney, was cited with disobedience to traffic control devices after a two-vehicle crash on April 13 at 1:36 p.m.

Webb was traveling eastbound on West Michigan Street and Jeffrey S. Poske, 58, of West Carrollton, was driving a semi-truck traveling northbound on Stolle Avenue. Webb ran the red light at the intersection and collided with Poske. Webb’s vehicle was towed by Mantor’s Towing and Poske’s vehicle was towed by Englewood Towing.
