Crashes
David H. Fulkerson, 72, of Lagrange, Indiana, was cited with turn and stop signals after the State Highway Patrol responded to a two-vehicle crash on June 18 at 6:57 p.m.
Fulkerson was driving a semi-truck traveling southbound on Interstate 75 and Emilie J. Schlissel, 24, of Cincinnati, was traveling beside him in the other lane. Fulkerson switched lanes and struck Schlissel, pushing her into the median and causing her to strike a guardrail before traveling across the northbound lanes and striking another guardrail. The vehicle Schlissel was driving was towed by Mayse’s Towing.
