Harold J. Elliot, 67, of Springfield, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Flevin W. Young, 26, of Sidney, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Macey Ann Elliot, 22, of Sidney, was charged with speeding, $175 fine.
