LIMA – The Lima Symphony Orchestra will present its annual Family Concert: “Superheroes and Supervillains” on Sunday, Feb. 4, at 3 p.m. at the Veterans Memorial Civic and Convention Center. Maestro Andrew Crust will lead the orchestra on a daring adventure featuring music from Star Wars, Batman, Superman, Spiderman, The Avengers, the Mandalorian, Cruella de Vil, and more.

Listen as your favorite superheroes and most hated supervillains come to life on stage! Opening our concert will be John Williams’ memorable “Main Title” from The Star Wars Suite. Continue to travel through space to meet heroes and villains in the Star Wars and Mandalorian universe. Continue your journey to the Marvel and DC universes as Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman face off against Spiderman, Captain America and The Avengers.

Each year, the Lima Symphony Orchestra presents its Family Concert with young people in mind. These concerts offer the opportunity for children in the community to listen to music chosen just for them. However, the music from these film and TV favorites will have something for the whole family to enjoy.

All tickets are $10.

Underwriters for the concert are Lima Pathology Associates; Rob and Nicole Nelson/The Met; Mercy Health; and HCF Management Inc.

The Lima Symphony Orchestra is dedicated to preserving musical excellence as a living part of the community. Serving communities throughout West Central Ohio, the Lima Symphony annually presents five subscription concerts, a family concert, Mozart by Candlelight concerts and an annual New Year’s Eve Pops concert.
