Herman H. Barnett, 78, of Houston, was cited with failure to control after a two-vehicle crash on Jan. 27 at 1:42 p.m.

A vehicle owned by Norma J. Mertz, of Minster, was parked in the Walmart parking lot when Barnett struck her vehicle and left the scene.

• Amy C. Brown, 52, of Sidney, was cited with assured clear distance after a two-vehicle crash on Jan. 27 at 10:56 a.m.

Marcella M. Hammer, 76, of Sidney, was traveling westbound on state Route 47 and stopped at the traffic light at the intersection of the Interstate 75 on ramp. Brown was behind her and rear-ended her.

• Kody Edwards, 28, of Sidney, was cited with assured clear distance after a two-vehicle crash on Jan. 26 at 9:50 p.m.

Brian Tucker, 21, of Sidney, was stopped at the traffic light while traveling eastbound on state Route 47 at the intersection of Fourth Avenue. Edwards was behind him and rear-ended him.

• Jack B. Phillips, 59, of Tipp City, was cited with turning at intersections after a two-vehicle crash on Jan. 26 at 11:42 a.m.

Phillips was traveling southbound on Ohio Avenue approaching North Street. Eric S. Bertsch, 50, of Sidney, was traveling in the same direction and was stopped at the traffic light on Ohio Avenue at the intersection of North Street waiting to turn left. The light turned green and Bertsch attempted to turn left. At the same time, Phillips attempted to turn left from the left traffic lane and cut in front of Bertsch, causing a collision.

• Aiden Aaron Ike, 19, of Sidney, was cited with assured clear distance after a two-vehicle crash on Jan. 25 at 10:15 p.m.

Ike was traveling southbound on North Miami Avenue when he struck a parked vehicle owned by Teyvon Lawrence, of Battle Creek, Michigan.
