Jason Michael Harris, 32, of Sidney, was cited with assured clear distance after a two-vehicle crash on March 6 at 1:36 p.m.

Mikayla Inez Bryant, 20, of Sidney, was traveling westbound on Michigan Street at the Interstate 75 overpass when Harris rear-ended her.

• Alexander Wade Page, 19, of Sidney, was cited with failure to stop after a two-vehicle crash on Feb. 27 at 4 a.m.

A vehicle owned by Corbin Joseph Henson, of Sidney, was parked on Winter Ridge Drive when Page struck the vehicle and fled the scene.
