Robert Joseph Walker, 42, of Sidney, was cited with right of way at a private driveway after a two-vehicle crash on April 4 at 6:58 a.m.

Walker was backing out of a driveway on Campbell Road and Hanah Frances Marie Fawcett, 20, of Troy, was traveling eastbound on Campbell Road and turned left into the driveway at the same time, causing Walker to hit Fawcett.
