Crashes

Rebecca An Dill, 67, of Brookville, was cited with operation without reasonable control after a three-vehicle crash on April 8 at 3 p.m.

Dill was traveling northbound on South Miami Avenue when she struck a parked car on the curb owned by Elizabeth Elaine Ceylor, of Sidney. Ceylor’s vehicle then struck a parked car in front of it owned by Shirley A. Crick, of Sidney. Dill’s vehicle was towed by Elmer’s Towing.

• Haley R. Kiser, 18, of Sidney, was cited with starting and backing vehicles after a two-vehicle crash on April 6 at 1:36 p.m.

Kiser was traveling southbound on West Avenue when she backed up in the roadway due to missing her turn and struck a parked car on the curb owned by Christopher C. Brunswick, of Sidney.

• Alexander Reid Bay Crist, 22, of Sidney, was cited with driving within lines/continuous lanes of traffic after a two-vehicle crash on April 5 at 9:48 p.m.

Crist was traveling southbound on South Ohio Avenue when he struck a parked car on the curb due to being distracted by his phone. The parked car was owned by Lindsey Ann Marie Michael, of Sidney.

• Samantha Leeann Reynolds, 21, of Sidney, was cited with right of way at a private driveway after a two-vehicle crash on April 3 at 12:09 p.m.

Lewis Lee Phelps, 51, of Sidney, was traveling westbound on Michigan Street when Reynolds attempted to turn left onto Michigan Street from a driveway near Lowe’s in front of Phelps, causing a collision. Reynolds’s vehicle was towed by Mantor’s Towing and Phelps’s vehicle was towed by Wrecker’s Towing. Both parties were taken by Sidney EMS to Wilson Health with suspected minor injuries.
