Lambert arraigned on drug charges

SIDNEY – A Lakeview woman was arraigned on drugs charges recently in Shelby County Common Pleas Court, and had her probation revoked in another case.

Judge James Stevenson presided over the arraignment hearings on several individuals facing criminal charges.

Tabitha H. Lambert, 26, pleaded not guilty on two counts of possession of drugs and a count of possessing criminal tools. She was given a $5,000 bond and remanded to the custody of the county sheriff.

Prior to the arraignment, Lambert had her probation revoked involving a previous case of tampering with evidence.

Winchester Wiley, 31, 306 N. Miami Ave., Apt C, pleaded not guilty on a charge of trafficking in drugs. He was placed on a $5,000 bond.

Earlier, Wiley was removed from probation on charges of possession of drugs and possession of criminal tools. Bond was set at $50,000. He was ordered housed at the county jail.

In other arraignments:

• Levi W. Fitchpatrick, 30, at large, pleaded not guilty to possession of drugs. Bond was set at $2,500 and he was ordered to the county jail.

• Melinda S. Gordon, 27, 8808 N. County Road 25A, Piqua, pleaded not guilty to one count of trafficking in drugs. She was released on a $5,000 bond.

• Cody Mills, 24, Troy, plead not guilty to one count of grand theft. Bond was set at $7,500.

• Timothy J. Miller, 42, Idlewild, Michigan, pleaded not guilty to three counts of possession of drugs and one count of possession of drugs. Bond was set at $30,000. He was remanded to the county jail.

• John A. McKenzie, 26, 712 Countryside Lane Apt. 4, pleaded not guilty to two counts of possession of drugs. Bond was set at $5,000. He was ordered to the custody of the county sheriff.
