Loramie 6, Mississinawa 3

Fort Loramie trailed 3-2 after four and a half innings but scored three times in the fifth and went on to beat Misissinawa Valley 6-3 in non-league action.

Loramie, now 7-12, was led by Abby Holthaus, who had two hits in three trips.

Morgan Holscher and Aleah Frilling both drove in two runs and Holthaus scored twice.

“We got some decent pitching tonight. Aleah started and Megan came in relief. We also played a little defense behind them. When we get that type of pitching and defense, we can compete,” said Loramie coach Brad Turner.
