SIDNEY — WiseBridge Wealth experienced a record year while helping clients who are seeking clarity around investment and retirement choices. WiseBridge achieved this success by providing simple, visible strategies and solutions to guide individuals and businesses. The team is led by Cindy Helman who has 27 years of experience in the industry. Aaron Watkins and Catherine Bulcher have both been instrumental players with over 12 years of combined experience.
Cindy Helman, owner and president of WiseBridge Wealth, has submitted the following report:
2022 presented continued challenges as the economy and inflation continued to be unpredictable and challenging for investors. With record setting Federal Reserve interest rate hikes, many people were scrambling to lock in mortgage rates. Fortunately, the WiseBridge Team guided their clients to seek third party refinancing options during the previous years. Many of our existing clients have very low interest rates already in place.
Providing retirement income planning also presented its own challenges as inflation increased at a rate of 7-9% year over year. The additional costs in our daily living expenses were incorporated into our planning and recommendations for the clients. With market fluctuations, continued monitoring and oversight were crucial by the WiseBridge Team. Intentional Confidence Reviews allowed us to help calm client fears and maintain long term strategies that were already in place.
With the continued growth in the WiseBridge client base and services, expansion of the facility and team became inevitable. In September 2022, WiseBridge partnered with Westerheide Construction to replace an unused garage with three new offices and an additional conference room. These new spaces and staff will allow WiseBridge to continue to accept new clients while still remaining committed to providing excellent recommendations and services.
I am so proud of the team we have assembled at WiseBridge Wealth. Each team member works hard every day to help our clients take control of their financial future. We are so thankful for their continued trust and confidence in us.” She goes on to say, “Our expansion will help ensure that we have the knowledge, experience and resources to serve our existing and many additional clients in 2023.
WiseBridge expects continued challenges in the economy both locally and globally. As many are aware, corporate closures and company purchases create uncertainty within the workforce. Our team plans to support the community by offering conservative investors with alternatives that are created for their individual needs.
