Crashes

Lylia Yuvonne Mickle, 45, of Sidney, was cited with failure to control/weaving after a two-vehicle crash on May 9 at 11:30 p.m.

Mickle was traveling southbound on Broadway Avenue when she side-swiped a parked car owned by Derrick Fleming, of Sidney. The vehicle Mickle was driving was towed by Elmer’s Towing.

• No one was cited after a one-vehicle crash on May 9 at 6:18 p.m.

Allison A. Kocher, 38, of Sidney, was traveling southbound on Fourth Avenue when she passed out, driving off the right side of the roadway into some bushes in a yard.

• Deborah L. Phelps, 68, of Sidney, was cited with starting and backing vehicles after a two-vehicle crash on May 8 at 10:46 a.m.

Phelps was backing out of a driveway on Fulton Street and backed into a parked car owned by Stacie Lynn Edwards, of Sidney.
