Crashes

Joseph T. Flynn, 17, of Sidney, was cited with assured clear distance after a two-vehicle crash on May 17 at 7:49 a.m.

Margareta A. Burch, 57, of Sidney, was stopped on Michigan Street at the intersection with the Interstate 75 ramps. Flynn was behind her and rear-ended her.

• David L. Travis, 55, of Sidney, was cited with starting and backing vehicles after a two-vehicle crash on May 15 at 10:52 a.m.

William M. Roark, 53, of Piqua, was facing westbound on Fair Road stopped in traffic for a semi-truck that was in the roadway. Travis backed up from a parking lot and struck Roark.
