-11:55 a.m.: scam. Police received a scam report in the 100 block of Leisure Court.

-10:49 a.m.: crash. Police responded to a crash with injuries in the 600 block of North Ohio Avenue.

-9:37 a.m.: crash. Police responded to a crash in the 1000 block of Evergreen Drive.

-9 a.m.: warrant. Preston Michael Branscum, 22, of Sidney, was arrested on a warrant.

Crashes

Kelly Rae Davis, 41, of Sidney, was cited with starting and backing vehicles after a two-vehicle crash on May 21 at 3:42 p.m.

Patricia G. Johnson, 72, of Sidney, was traveling southbound on North Ohio Avenue. Davis was parked on the curb and attempted to pull away as Johnson was passing, causing a collision.

• No one was cited after a two-vehicle crash on May 20 at 10:49 a.m.

Charles Moore, 53, of Quincy, was traveling southbound on North Ohio Avenue in the right lane and Rachelle J. Cook, 52, of Anna, was traveling in the same direction in the left lane. Cook was passing Moore when the collision happened, causing Cook’s vehicle to roll and come to rest upright on top of a street sign on the right curb. Due to conflicting statements and no witnesses or camera footage, neither party was cited.

Moore’s vehicle was towed by Wrecker’s Towing and Cook’s vehicle was towed by Elmer’s Towing. Cook was taken by Sidney EMS to Wilson Health with suspected minor injuries.

• Mark B. Wolf, 62, of West Mansfield, was cited with failure to control/weaving after a two-vehicle crash on May 19 at 9:37 a.m.

A trailer owned by The Handyman in Piqua was parked on Evergreen Drive. Wolf was traveling northbound on Evergreen Drive and struck the trailer due to the narrow roadway.

• Erin Michelle Symonds, 29, of Sidney, was cited with right of way at a private driveway after a two-vehicle crash on May 18 at 4:13 p.m.

Karen A. Doak, 42, of Sidney, was traveling westbound on West Russell Road in the left lane when Symonds pulled out of a driveway and attempted to get in the same lane, causing a collision.

• Thomas W. Thompson, 63, of Troy, was cited with assured clear distance after a two-vehicle crash on May 18 at 1:48 p.m.

Allison T. Young, 24, of St. Marys, was traveling westbound on Campbell Road and stopped at the stop sign. Thompson was behind her and rear-ended her.

• Michael Allen Gossard, 63, of Sidney, was cited with failure to control/weaving after a two-vehicle crash on May 17 at 3:38 p.m.

Gossard was driving a school bus attempting to turn right into the Longfellow Elementary School parking lot when he struck a parked car on the right side of the road owned by Ariel King, of Sidney.
