Crashes

• Kenneth R. Vogler, 63, of Sidney, was cited with right of way at a private driveway after a two-vehicle crash on June 17 at 9:40 a.m.

Thomas John Dileo, 23, of Sidney, was traveling eastbound on Michigan Street when Vogler exited from a private driveway onto Michigan Street in front of him, causing a collision. The vehicle Dileo was driving was towed by Elmer’s Towing.

• No one was cited after a two-vehicle crash on June 16 at 12:21 p.m.

Todd M. Cagle, 48, of Sidney, was traveling eastbound in the middle turn lane on West Michigan Street. Eden S. McPeek, 31, of Sidney, was turning right from a private driveway with the intention of moving into the left turn lane. Other drivers motioned for McPeek to proceed, and as she pulled into the left turn lane she was struck by Cagle.

• Roberta Drinnon, 74, of Port Jefferson, was cited with disobedience to traffic control devices after a two-vehicle crash on June 16 at 7:49 a.m.

Cheryl L. Phillips, 58, of Sidney, was traveling westbound on Court Street and entered the intersection of South Ohio Avenue with the right of way. Drinnon was traveling southbound on South Ohio Avenue and entered the intersection and struck Phillips.
