-4:15 p.m.: warrant. Sheneka Lashon Harvey, 39, of Glennville, Georgia, was arrested on a warrant.

Crashes

David E. Whitt, 47, of Sidney, was cited with assured clear distance after a two-vehicle crash on June 28 at 10:36 a.m.

Daniel A. Hamilton, 36, of Sidney, was traveling westbound on Poplar Street and was stopped at the traffic light at Ohio Avenue. Whitt was behind him and rear-ended him.

• Jacob Lee Shultz, 24, of Sidney, was cited with right of way at a private driveway after a two-vehicle crash on June 26 at 10:49 a.m.

Lilliana Jeanette Ellis, 21, of Sidney, was traveling northbound on South Vandemark Road when Shultz exited from a driveway on the left side of the road and struck Ellis.

• Melanie K. Merzke, 35, of Sidney, was cited with signals before changing course after a two-vehicle crash on June 24 at 8:28 a.m.

Merzke was traveling westbound on state Route 29 and Brenda L. Warner, 58, of St. Paris, was behind her. Merzke pulled to the right side of the roadway near the curb, and as Warner passed, Merzke turned left into Warner in an attempt to turn around.
