Mary and Allen Paul
NEW BREMEN — Allen and Mary (Grimm) Paul will be celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary in August with family and friends.
They were united in marriage on Aug. 24, 1963, at the United Methodist Church in St. Marys, Ohio. Allen was the son of the late Karl and Olga Paul, and Mary was the daughter of the late Carl and Florence Grimm.
Allen and Mary had four children, Karen and Louis Gehret of Fort Loramie; Tim and Karen Paul, Sandy (deceased) and Alan Thieman, and Tom Paul, all of New Bremen. They also have 11 grandchildren and 18 great-granchildren with one deceased.
Allen and Mary worked together on the family dairy farm for many years. In their retirement, they love following their grandchildren’s and great-granchildren’s activities as well as playing bingo and poker with their friends in their spare time. You may also find them in their morning hang-out at Bolly’s.
The family invites their friends to join them in celebrating 60 years of marriage at the New Bremen Senior Citizen Center on Sunday, Aug. 27, 2023, from 2-5 p.m. Your presence is gift enough.
