WEDNESDAY
-8:03 p.m.: crash. Deputies, Sidney Fire and Lockington Fire responded to a crash with injuries in the 400 block of River Road.
-6:30 p.m.: crash. Deputies, Sidney Fire and Anna EMS responded to a crash with injuries in the 2000 block of state Route 29.
-3:35 p.m.: theft. Deputies responded to a theft in the 13000 block of Luthman Road in Minster.
-11:09 a.m.: suspicious person. Deputies responded to a suspicious person in the area of Hardin Wapakoneta Road.
-10:50 a.m.: property damage. Deputies responded to property damage in the area of state Route 705 and state Route 29.
-1:10 a.m.: crash. Sidney Fire responded to a crash with injuries at mile marker 86 on Interstate 75.

-9:42 p.m.: breaking and entering. Personnel responded to breaking and entering in the 200 block of Washington Street.
-4:35 p.m.: suspicious person. Deputies responded to a suspicious person in the 200 block of Lindsey Road.
-3:39 p.m.: theft. Deputies responded to a theft in the 2000 block of Loy Road in Fort Loramie.
-3:08 p.m.: property damage. Deputies responded to property damage in the 3000 block of Patterson Halpin Road.
-1:12 p.m.: theft. Deputies responded to a theft in the 2000 block of Schenk Road.
-4:58 a.m.: crash. Deputies responded to a crash with injuries in the area of state Route 47 and Dawson Road.
MONDAY
-9:27 p.m.: threats. Deputies, Botkins Police and Jackson Center Police responded to threats in the 400 block of East Pike Street.
AUG. 19
-8:51 p.m.: crime in progress. Jarawd Dane Owens, 29, of Dayton, received a summons to appear in court for passing a fraudulent check. Cadijah R. Spears, 29, of Dayton, was arrested and charged with forgery for also passing a fraudulent check.

-4 p.m.: threats. Fort Loramie Police responded to threats in the 12000 block of state Route 362.
Crashes
No one was cited after deputies responded to a one-vehicle crash on Aug. 29 at 4:58 a.m.
Jeremy Carl Meinerding, 26, of Versailles, was traveling eastbound on state Route 47 when he said he fell asleep, causing him to cross the center line and strike two mailboxes, a utility pole and a tree on the left side of the roadway. The vehicle was towed by Elmer’s Towing and Meinerding was taken by an unknown party to a medical facility with suspected minor injuries.
• Isaiah Kenneth Huggins, 20, of Sidney, was cited with operation without reasonable control after the State Highway Patrol responded to a one-vehicle crash on Aug. 24 at 6:55 a.m.
Huggins was traveling southbound on Interstate 75 when he lost control, traveled off the left side of the roadway and struck the median cable barrier.
