These beautiful sunny days sure are perfect for the children to go outside and play! Sunshine and fresh air can do wonders for children who have been in the house all winter, not only that, it sometimes gives mom some quietness to tackle her writing, such as right now. They especially like going out with daddy when he does his chores then gives them swing rides.

Ever since I was a kid, I’ve loved going to the county fair. The rides, the food, the animals. It’s like a magical world for a young child.
The heat wave has been real. I’m not talking about those warm days when you sit in front of the fan and are back in your comfort zone. It’s like really hot.
While working on his doctoral thesis, Ron Jenson rented a travel camper and toured the country with his wife. His task was to interview 350 Christian leaders. At the end of his tour, he made a discouraging observation: “I found a great deal of zeal for God’s work, but little passion for God.”
For the first two years of Three Rivers Conference play, the only games played on artificial turf where Lehman’s home games at Sidney Memorial Stadium or Piqua’s Alexander Stadium.
