SIDNEY — The Shelby County Highway Department will begin a concrete pipe replacement project on River Road beginning Monday, Oct. 16.
According to County Engineer Bob Geuy, River Road will be closed to all traffic between Kirkwood Road and Miami River Road beginning Monday. The project will take approximately seven to 10 days to complete.
