Crashes
No one was cited after deputies responded to a one-vehicle crash on March 11 at 9:07 a.m.
Michael Carl Adams, 30, of Piqua, was traveling southbound on state Route 65 when he said a deer ran into the roadway, causing him to cross over the center line and strike a sign on the left side of the roadway. The vehicle was towed by Wrecker’s Towing.
• Ambrosia L. Barker, 46, of Sidney, was cited with failure to yield while turning left after deputies responded to a two-vehicle crash on March 11 at 8 a.m.
Barker was traveling eastbound on Houston Road and slowed to turn left onto Dawson Road in front of Jeremy Allen Davis, 18, of Sidney. Davis braked and swerved to avoid Barker but still struck her in the right rear. Barker’s vehicle was towed by Meyer’s Garage.
• Leslie A. West, 42, of Houston, was cited with operation without reasonable control after the State Highway Patrol responded to a one-vehicle crash on March 9 at 6:53 a.m.
West was traveling eastbound on state Route 66 when she drove off the left side of the roadway and struck a ditch and a tree. The vehicle was towed by Wrecker’s Towing and West was taken by a family member to Wilson Health with suspected minor injuries.
